Deposits & cancellation
Sessions under 4 hours require no deposit. Sessions 4 hours or longer require a $500 CAD deposit to confirm. All prices in Canadian dollars. Full cancellation terms on the refund policy page.

Studio policies
Welcome to Lush Records. We're excited to host you and your group in our professional creative space. The person making the booking is responsible for the conduct and behaviour of their entire group during the booking — we ask that everyone treats the studio with the utmost respect. Our studio is a no-smoking environment, and we kindly ask all guests follow our guidelines to maintain a safe and productive space for everyone.
In the rare case of damages: if any damages occur to the building or equipment during your session, the person who made the booking is responsible for repairs, whether the damages are caused by them or their guests. Payment is required within 30 days of receiving a damages assessment quote.
Any cancellations made within 7 days of the session are subject to the studio's cancellation policy — please review before booking.
