Refund Policy
Published policy.
No surprises.
Deposits secure your booking. Balance is due 14 days before private events (7 days before Artist Concert Package). If plans change, here’s exactly what happens — in writing, same for every client.
Refund or credit, by timing.
The credit option is the soft-landing: if something changes on your end, we’d rather hold your deposit as credit toward a future session or event than issue a partial refund. Credits expire 12 months from the original booking date.
What you pay, when.
Balance ($1,000 CAD) due 7 days before event.
No deposit under 4 hours. Balance due day-of or 50% at booking on request.
Per-song pricing ($249 – $449 CAD). Paid in full at project kickoff.
All amounts in Canadian dollars. Deposit checkout launches once our Stripe account is live — until then, tour bookings hold your date without a deposit taken, and sessions are invoiced manually after the inquiry form.
No-smoking policy. Strict no-smoking indoors. Damage caused by smoking or by guests violating studio rules is deducted from the booker’s damage deposit or billed separately.
Damage responsibility. The person who books is responsible for damages caused by them or their guests. Damage assessments are invoiced within 30 days.
Chargebacks. Deposit disputes must be raised in writing first. We respond within 7 business days with booking details, receipts, and communication on record.
