Podcast + Creator Studio Toronto
A podcast + creator studio in Toronto
for hosts and brands —
record and film in one day.
Every format welcome. Every show covered.
The 777 Lobby as a styled video set or the vocal booth for audio-only. Shure SM7Bs and multi-cam coverage — walk out with the episode and the full multicam session to cut your own clips. Fuel for the content flood, on your own timeline.
The Toronto podcast scene is full of rental rooms that look like rental rooms — beige walls, fluorescent lights, identical furniture. Lush Records gives you two real options. The 777 Lobby is a styled set — black + gold Versace-adjacent aesthetic, gallery wall backdrop, warm practicals on dimmers, room for two to four guests on camera. The vocal studio booth is the cleanest audio room in the building — the place we cut major-label vocals, now hosting your audio-only show on Shure SM7Bs through the same Apollo x8 chain. Pick the format. We'll pick the room.
Built for the episode + the raw captures.
The 777 Lobby for video-first shows with a visible host + guest setup. The vocal booth for audio-only podcasts that need a dead-quiet acoustic space. Same booking, two choices.
Two Shure SM7Bs live in the rack — the broadcast dynamic mic used by Joe Rogan, This Past Weekend, the Pivot crew, and most of your favourite podcasts. No mic rental fee. No scramble.
Sony A7S III as the main camera, expandable to multi-cam on request. Remote guests patch in via Riverside or Zoom with clean audio routed back to the SM7B chain for broadcast-quality recording.
Each recording block can ship with optional raw multi-cam footage — yours to keep. Cut your own reels, shorts, and social clips on your own timeline, or add an edit package at checkout. The episode doesn't just ship — it gives you everything you need to flood your feeds.

Lush Records engineer on the board.
Podcasts route to our senior engineer team — every session runs with an engineer on the board for tracking, mic gain, and live patching. Longer-form conversational shows, episodes with music beds, guest-audio cleanup, or complex post production all land on someone with the right workflow for the block.
Podcast block rates.
Podcast recording is flat at $75/hr with an in-house engineer and a 2-hour minimum — plenty for a standard 45–60 minute episode with a short pre-chat. Every session on the same elite chain, no tier tax. The 6-hour daytime block at $400 works for recording four episodes back-to-back, which is the smart play if you're building a season buffer. Multi-cam video coverage is quoted as an add-on.
Want us to edit? Edit packages (short-form clips, BTS reel, grid stills, episode post-production) are available as add-ons at checkout.
Podcast recording at Lush.
Yes. The 777 Lobby doubles as a podcast set — gallery wall backdrop, controlled lighting, room for 2–4 guests on camera. We can run multi-cam coverage with our Sony A7S III as the main camera and additional angles added on request. Audio runs on Shure SM7Bs.
We own two Shure SM7Bs — the industry-standard broadcast dynamic mic (the one behind most major podcasts). They're already in the rack and ready to patch in. If you need more than two, we can add SM58s or route guests in remotely over Riverside / Zoom with clean audio returns.
Audio-only episodes track inside the vocal studio room (the same booth we record music in) because it's the cleanest acoustic space in the building. Video podcasts run out of the 777 Lobby because the room looks like a set — gallery wall, black + gold aesthetic, warm light. Tell us your format and we'll pick the room on the tour.
